Len Adoff is originally from Metuchen, New Jersey and while he has been back in New Jersey for he past 35 years, he has spent a good deal of time living  all over this  country. Len has 2 boys - Max is 30 and is a paraprofessional in the Pascack Valley school district in Bergen County; Noah is 27 and a Lieutenant in the United States Coast Guard stationed in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. 

Len is a 1978 graduate of Tulane University and a 1990 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. He is a former President and Trustee of Congregation B'nai Israel in Emerson, New Jersey, and a former adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Len is a current NJSIAA high school wrestling referee and girls’ volleyball official in the Skyland Conference and is an ambassador umpire in the United States Amateur Baseball League.  Len has officiates athletes of all ages from 6 to 66, recreational, high school, college, amateur men's and women's leagues of all ages.

For almost 25 years, Len was a member of the New Jersey, New York, and Maryland Bars on both the State and Federal levels in private practice. He now has his  New  Jersey Broker's  real estate license and his Notary Public license and operates Adoff Consulting.
